Yugai Solution Private Limited (“YugAI”) is committed to ethical technology governance, prompt redressal of user concerns, and transparent protection of individual digital data.
This policy operationalizes the grievance redressal framework mandated under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and data principal empowerment under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

Exercising Your Data Rights
To exercise any of the rights enumerated above, submit a request marked “Data Rights Request” through the Grievance Desk. For security reasons, we will perform two-factor verification before executing data modification or deletion requests.
Note: Certain financial, transactional and KYC records must be retained for statutory periods mandated by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and RBI guidelines, overriding erasure requests.

If an individual remains dissatisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, they may approach the appropriate statutory forum established under Indian law, including the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) or the relevant consumer disputes redressal commission.
